Regular meetings take place in the District Office Board Room, 3033 MacDonald Avenue, on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:30 PM.

Occasionally a holiday or other circumstance will alter this schedule. In such case, or in the case of a special meeting, public notice is made in advance of the change of date and posted at a place where parents, teachers, and all those interested may see it at least 24 hours prior to the time of the meeting.

When notice of a pending executive session is a regular agenda item the specific provision authorizing the session will be cited. ARS §38-431.02 Agendas are posted on the bulletin board in front of the board room door and are available to the public 24/7.
