Let’s give one more round of applause to the talented members of the Black Mountain Schools, Hualapai Elementary School, Mount Tipton Elementary School, White Cliffs Middle School and Lee Williams High School Choirs. Their performance during Wednesday’s KUSD Choral Festival was inspirational. The concert included a special appearance of Ed, the Invisible Dragon. Take a bow, Talented Musicians 👏 👏


Nearly 120 Kingman Unified School District No. 20 vocalists provided a packed house with an incredible evening of music during the district's 39th Annual Choral Festival hosted by Kingman High School. The schools who performed were:
Cerbat Elementary School
Desert Willow Elementary School
Manzanita Elementary
Kingman Middle School Choirs
Kingman High School
The performance showcased the next steps in the district's choir programs from elementary to middle school to high school. Let's join, Choir!


Join our district's talented vocalists this week for the nearly 40-year tradition of KUSD Choral Festivals. Singers grades 3-12 will come together in song to celebrate music and their passion. Both festival performances are free and open to the public.

Lee Williams High School 's Hispanic Student Union Club is hosting their annual Cinco de Mayo event on May 3rd from 5pm to 8:30pm in their school cafeteria and commons area (400 Grandview Ave.).
Mrs. Hill's students have a lot of exciting things happening at this event and they want to make sure the entire community is invited to have the opportunity to come and enjoy the festivities. They will have piñatas, food vendors, various LWHS Clubs will be there representing their clubs, a learning center full of games, activities and opportunities to win prizes. Merengue dance lessons and a dance competition among many other fun activities for families of all ages to enjoy.
This is a FREE event. The only thing that costs money is the food being sold, as well as $5.00 wristbands to play unlimited games and activities to win prizes.

Do you have a student that is ready to start Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year?
If so, mark your calendars! On May 2nd, between 5-7pm KUSD will be holding our Kindergarten Round-Up. We will also be offering classroom tours and activities!
Please join us at your zoned school. Onsite registration will be available for those with their student's birth certificate, current immunization records, and proof of residency.

KUSD offers Special Education Teachers a competitive salary, a one-time Critical Needs stipend of $5,000, as well as up to a $4,000 yearly Case Management stipend (pending appropriate certification). On top of all that, teachers receive 301 money too!
Come work where you are supported and given the tools you need to succeed. You will have access to a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst and will collaborate with special education coordinators at the elementary and high school levels. Teachers are further supported by dedicated special education office staff who assist in setting up meetings and carrying out other compliance responsibilities. KUSD's special education team is cohesive and heavily supported.
As if all of this wasn't enough, you will be in the Heart of Historic Route 66! Within 90 miles from world class dining, shopping and entertainment in Las Vegas. You will also have ample time to enjoy all that Kingman and the surrounding areas have to offer by working a four-day school week and a 148-day contract, with breaks throughout the year.

These books are being considered for adoption to be used beginning with school year 2024-2025. Parents and anyone in the public is welcome to view them at 3033 MacDonald Avenue.

School Bus Driver Appreciation Day is celebrated every 22nd of February each year. 🚌
We would like to thank all of our wonderful school bus drivers we have here at Kingman Unified School District! They work day in and day out to safely get our students not only to school, but to field trips, and sporting events. We appreciate you all! Thank you! ❤
