🌟A select group of fourth-grade students from Manzanita Elementary had the opportunity to participate in the Roving Chef activity, hosted by our food service partners, SFE LLC.

Roving Chef offers an engaging, hands-on experience, allowing students to work side by side with 👩‍🍳SFE Chef Heather Mack, to create a delicious recipe. During this event, the students took a tour of their school's kitchen, where Chef Heather explained proper handwashing techniques, safe food temperatures, and the nutritional advantages of healthy eating.

The students were in for a treat when they found out they were making their own personal pepperoni pizzas. 🍕🍕 Thank you to SFE for making this a fun and educational experience for our students! 👏🏻
