Digital Student Enrollment
KUSD school enrollment is currently held digitally. All students must be enrolled with KUSD whether they plan to participate in our online learning academy (KOLA) or in-person at school using the button on the left.
If your student is already enrolled, click on the button to the right to update (or approve) your student information for the upcoming school year.
Please check back regularly for updates or contact your school directly for information. If you’re not sure at which school to register your child, click here to view attendance boundary maps.
Note: If you need to register/update your student for the 21-22 school year please select one of the two options below.
Brand New Parents to KUSD/Student Enrollment
This link will bring brand new families (no previous children/siblings ever enrolled with KUSD) to our ParentVUE website to create a new account and begin the enrollment process.
Existing Parents to KUSD/Student Yearly Update
To access on-line registration, you must have a ParentVue account. Please contact your students’ school for a ParentVue activation code if you do not have one. This link will take you to the ParentVUE login page to begin. Once logged in, you can update your child’s information and/or register your new students. Contact your student’s school if you have any questions.
If you need further enrollment assistance, please contact the school in your boundary area. You may need to provide the following documentation when enrolling your child:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency - for example: utility bill, rental agreement or bank statement
- Name, address and phone number of previous school.
Keeping Schools Open Guide
The ‘Keeping Schools Open Guide’ (formerly Return-to-Learn Guide) outlines the KUSD #20 strategic plan for the 2021-2022 school year. The plan also includes a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to be used during future emergencies or possible short-term closures. The plan is under continual revision by a specially assigned, district task force to ensure that the education of our students continues in a safe, effective and inclusive manner.
This guidebook is organized into the two general categories of Safety and Teaching & Learning.
